A Power Point Presentation

You are to present your resume in form of a Power Point Presentation. This presentation is to include:

1. The slides should include:

  1. The first (opening) slide with your recorded sound file or a downloaded .wav file and your photo and appropriate text.
  2. A slide with clip art, text and a gif file as background, for ex., The Thinker gif.
  3. A slide with a table (INSERT/TABLE); for ex, your gpa in each semester with the appropriate text.
  4. A slide with pop art and text – use the draw tool bar (many shapes, colors, solids & dashed lines).
  5. A slide with notes for the presenter.
  6. A slide with animation and sounds.
  7. - Animate two lines of text, each line accompanied by a sound.

    - Animate a gif file accompanied by a sound file (a .wav file).

    - Be sure all the animations are properly timed, for example, a 3 second delay between the appearance of the 1st and 2nd lines of text.

  8. A slide describing your educational background and your job experience.
  9. A slide with a graph (INSERT/CHART) that includes a title, properly labeled axis and legends.
  10. A slide with a link to a site of you choice.
  11. A slide with a spread sheet (including gridlines) and properly labeled pie chart imported from Excel.
  12. 2. A slide show with each slide on the screen for an appropriate duration (unequal times).

    3. Use Transitions in all slides

    4. Use attractive colors for all slides backgrounds and text

What you need to hand in - in the following order:

1. This page as your cover sheet

2. A word processed description (in outline form) of all phases of your slide show

3. The outline of the slide show (printed from within powerpoint)

4. A printout of each slide properly labeled identifying the colors

Note: one of the slides must also have notes.

5. A set of handouts with 4 slides per page

6. A disk with your slide show; the file is to be named: slideshow
